 i dont think most of you understand what this message is saying, it basically says that the server cannot keep you from using this privately and that what every you download or use can be tracked and you can be penalized. then it says if you dont want law enforcement or disciplinary action against you then log off fromt the site. this is a warning before they put the site up, it mad be hard to track someone but im not gonna take that chance, they might be waiting to see how many ppl use the site so they can permanently take it down and possibly hold users accountable.

A lot of that was still free in the first place. It's only illegal if it had to be paid for first. Distribution of these free videos actually gets more people to go to the sites where the vids were from. If it were still illegal, I won't have to worry anyway... I just use the forums now. :infinity: hehe. that emoticon is cool.

DR.GONZO 11-22-2003 12:38 AM

it just says maintence and upgrades!!!!!!!!!! GO to it now !!! That what it says is bs probrobly... I will still dl cause I pay!!

AlienDB7 11-22-2003 12:42 AM

This is my theory, the RF server got overloaded/crashed. So the domain was being redirected to another Alentus server, that's why you get that error message.

DR.GONZO 11-22-2003 01:06 AM

yup, i agree

DeMoN 11-22-2003 01:07 AM

I want my money back! lol

no man, this is some serious shit. I hope it is a redirection to a wrong alert. If that alert is right. Everyone dloading from them is in serious trobule. Well not those who dload non-copyrighted material. The fact of the matter is that any dload you make you leav your IP to them, if the dload you make is illegal and the law enforcers ask for the recrods, your IP will be given and you might end up being traced if you have a static IP. I, for one, will NEVER dowload anything that is illegal from them because my IP is static. Not only is it static, but it is very easy to trace and pinpoint my position as in street address apartment number andd ROOM number. Add the phone there and you got yerself a date lol...

DR.GONZO 11-22-2003 01:12 AM

but we did not know! If that is the case even though I highly doubt it, Im sure it's what alien said earlier. I Hope!

Notice Regarding RacingFlix.com Outage
Our web server crashed this morning due to increased traffic, and our host was unable to bring it back online. We immediately had a brand new dual-processor web server built and setup the same day. We were able to get a new server setup the same day, and going forward you should experience better speed when browsing RacingFlix.com and the RacingFlix.com Discussion Forums. We applogize for this outage but on a high-traffic site, technology problems do occur. Please use the Discussion Forums to notify us of any problems you experience while browsing RacingFlix.com. Again, sorry for the outage and thanks for your continued support
