As for the track speeds yeah suspension setup is a big part but like the weight a big factor is power to weight ratio so a 600 hp stripped out GT2 with race suspension plastic windows should make blistering speeds and times at the 'Ring. Next time I am at the 'Ring and they are there I will try to get some true specs and detailed pics of this particular car. |
Not just power to weight, but the weight transfer will be much easier from side to side making the car more stable in those snake shaped turns @ the ring

It is quite fast, but 600hp is quite something else from 483hp or whatever the GT2 mrkII has, so I think we can safely say more power had something to do with it...
