Its Autoart ... TT and Pham.... sorry for the late reply. I forgot I posted something here and didnt check the post of replies.

Cigarette1 - I was refering to availability in US. You guys get stuff way quicker.

The 911 GT3-RS with red wheel is supposed to be available in Oct here and the 1973 Carrera RS is supposed to be available in December - I was planning to buy both together in December.... about $50 each

They have a 92 Carrera RS well but not in the same color scheme ... it will be a nice set of Rennsports, eh?

Actually now that I think about it the blue looks cool too ... decisions, decisions ...

I am gunning for white on red to match up with my GT3 in Red (on order) as well as my 360 CS and Ford GT - both with red and white stripe

Re: GT3RS (blue striping) i saw yesterday

The guy who owns this Porsche is in jail now. He and another Porsche (also owned by him) were speeding on a Belgian motorway this weekend. Witnesses say they were going more than 200 kph. The second Porsche (not the GT3 RS) suddenly changed course and hit a lighting post on the central reserve. The car caught fire and the two occupants were killed instantly. The police declared the speedo of the wrecked Porsche was freezed at 250 kph (155 mph).

The owner of the GT3 RS didn't stopped for help. He's now arrested and accused of manslaughter (because he didn't stopped for help), racing on public roads and speeding.

just saw it  indeed it's that RS and the other one was a GT2  i saw that GT2 last year at the proximus 24h from monaco 0511, on tv you could see the broken license plate 05..
i thought the GT2 was Eric Geboers's car ?

I heard from different sources both GT3 RS and GT2 (unrecognizable on the images it was a GT2, car was totally wrecked, one could only see it was a 996) were owned by Heydens, both with Monaco numberplates.

 i don't know who Heydens is ? it was a blond guy (+-25years old) who came to zolder in this RS and then he drove a Clio Cupcar at the circuit, is that him ?

Wutputt 09-13-2004 04:33 PM

He's a bit older I think. But he idd drives a Clio Cup car in the Clio series.

I am really saddened by this. :(
Why did the guy not stop? Don't the GT3 RS have a fire ex as a part of the package? At least he could have tried.....
Being at the scene could not have been any worse than leaving it, and maybe comfort your "friends" in their last moments.
I just pray that they did not suffer.
