It was demonstrated on a diesel Volvo I think. But it's not pure veggie oil, they added some stuff to it. In related topic, you can run processed (filtered, etc) french fries grease on diesel cars.

There is an entire sub-culture in the USA running thousands of cars millions of miles a year on bio-diesel.

It won't go mainstream until there is no more money to be made from conventional oils source.. ;)

it will work but you have to add 2 special dhemicals to it so that the engine wont clog after a while

Yeah, funny aint it that we wont hear shit about the renewable resources and alternate fueling for vehicles untill the cost of finding the oil outweighs the money to be made from it! :wink:
