For me i just click on view posts since last visit then click on what grabs my attention really so although i doubt i'm in every forum section regularly I do also view all of them :D

I try and visit them all every time i log on. Just start at the top and work my way down. Sometimes I miss some shit but I enjoy it as it gives me a broader selection of stuff to read, see, etc.
