Hi guys, I need your help concerning sprinting techniques, like warm-up, position and so on, if possible somebody can give me a link right away.

I searched google, but nothing decent, it has to contaign schematics, pics and info.

I really need it as fast as possible.

Ok some actual info this time i tried the IAAF website brieflly and this is what i came up with

just take a proper look around though as ther might be more info on the site :wink:

Strange - in my day you would do your own fucking research - as in get off your ass, go to the library etc and actually learn something in the process.(besides - it took me less than 30 seconds to find screeds of info on Google) :twisted: :roll: :shock:

Besides - anyone who did ANY short/medium distance track work would surely have covered this very topic with their coaches.. *shrug*

I remember when i used to hve to go to the library to look stuff up. in those things with words and pages.

blame it on the internet!

journals, some books etc are on the web now. when i did my thesis, didn't even think of the library. did all my research on the net. however i did buy 2 books under company expenses.
