I wouldn't say Murcielago's styling is common even in the vast array of gorgeously designed supercars. Of course diablo is beautiful,.....but murcielago combines the best styling from all the previous lambos, including the countach. Come on everybody, everyone had posters of the Countach in ths 90s.

Miura.... it's too old fashion for me.

Voted for miura. gallardo and murcielago are pretty similar. countach is a bit too box-shaped.. Diablo.. very nice but in terms of pure design beauty Miura is the best.

All those listed above are genius designs IMO. I voted for the Miura though. But if you ask me again tomorrow, I could name another Lambo from that list. It's that close.

Although I doubt their design will appeal to many people here, I also think the Islero and Urraco/Silhouette/Jalpa are great designs and worth mentioning.

That's a tough call. I agree with all of you who said the Miura, as its just so classic and sexy. However, the aggressive and revolutionary way the Countach looks means it has to get my vote i'm afraid!

The Gallardo looks quite ugly to me - it's seems like a woman's kind of car. The murcielago is a mean machine - it's probably the best Lambo ever.

diablo, it looked perfect when it came out and still looks perfect today, that car you can admire all day, then countach, I mean come on, for ten or more years it has been the most exciting and exotic car on the planet, everything else looked bland next to it, and to some degree that is still true today, its old, but it will still turn heads all day long, miura, now there is a beautiful design, when combining inside and outside it is the best designed lamborghini ever, and finally there is the rest

personally, i choose the Countach from a design standpoint! it single handedly changed the face of Lambo's to come forever..... after all, we dont see the Mercialago, or Gallardo, or Diablo looking like it decended from the ancient, but awsome Muiria :)

Countach, but just this made before 1976. Pure, dramatic, wild, wonderfull. All Lambos after it are based on this dramatic design. Miura is fine, but pure Lambo is Countach LP400. I also wanted vote for Gallardo, it is very nice too, but when you know historic background, you must vote for Countach (just not for the last model screwed up by Horacio Pagani).

i go for the murcielago, but i also think that because of the diablo, lambo became lambo! But you can´t compare the pre-german lambos to the gallardo & murcielago. Although i think the murcielago is the sexiest lambo of ´em all.

My vote went for the Lamborghini Miura....once i understand that the best design ever means beauty, elegance of a shape, a neat shape........although there have been successfully designed lamborghinies, as the jarama, for example
