.....but no, I just got the phone call I have been dreading.

About two weeks ago a mate was involved in a serious car accident. He was in a comatose state and in a very bad way.

We have been waiting for more news and recently he seemed to be making some progress.

However we had the news that the crash was a result of him having a brain haemorrhage. He has been pronounced brain dead & life support was turned off today.

RIP Paul.

The kids will be most affected, ages 4 and 6. It may sound harsh, but the whole situation could have been a lot worse. He had a brain haemorrhage which caused him to lose control of the car, 'luckily' (for want of a better word) he was on his own on a country lane. The results don't bare thinking about if it had been a busy peek time motorway :?
