So, Oettinger created this eBay special edition A3.. and it will be sold in eBay, starting price 1 €... I wonder what the highest bid will be :D

that looks great.when i looked at the headlights,the audi TT came to mind.the exhaust also looks like the one from the S3.

but the car looks awesome.TT,lets just hope no one else sees it,then u can buy it for very cheap,lol

LOL, I suppose it will have 100 bids after some hours, but you can never know.. I'll try to get it for 1000 € ;)

On the story, they say 180 HP and 400 Nm.. so I guess it's a TDi...

180hp and 400NM,thats definately the diesel engine.that the engine they put in the golf gt tdi and seat leon tdi.those engines haul ass,and with simple mods,chip,exhaust and filter,its easy to gain bout 70hp

nice car but why diesel? didn't think tuners would have fun with diesel...

if its diesel i wouldn't want it, wouldn't want to sound like a tractor blazing down the freeway

to be honest,they dont soound that bad,you can get a decent exhaust for them,and a filter,and they sound pretty nice

Diesels are good, they make lots and lots of torque!

The Audi A3 and S3 are both cool little cars that once again, we do not get here. Damnit.

i thought i read somewhere that they are gonna bring it here pretty soon. i could be wrong tho

thats a nice version tho, i like Oettinger, they have a nice subtle style

I read that too Nova, btu I won't believe it untill Audi actually says it'll be sold here themselves. At another forum, a guy claimed to have seen one in California somewhere.

That tuned audi looks very nice.

Speaking about tuned cars. That picture (Mercedes-Benz CLK Expression)in your sig TT is from a car from a dude in my village, he just lives 500 meters from me. Nice car, and he drives it pretty hard.

I'm gonna have to ask you to prove that with a couple of pictures, 1zippo1. :D Not because I don't believe you obviously, but because I like that Merc's looks. That's a great looking car. Is it tuned under the bonnet as well? And is Expression the name of the tuner?

To be honest, I haven't got a digital camera and I don't know the dude in person.

ahh he knows of you though Zippo....he told me when I saw him at a Mercedes dealership recently...that you were known as the town stud or something....

LMAO :lol: :lol: probably not :P I also think he is only living here a couple of years max, otherwise I would probably know him.

Still I'm thinking about asking him about his car if I see him again...

LOL i actually saw quite a few one day on the way to work. it was on Fairfax near Beverly Hills. I saw one go by, it was the first i had ever seen, i had no idea what it was, but it had the Audi rings on the front. Then like 3 or 4 more go by on the same street in the same direction one after the other. i dont know why they were there or what they were doing, but for the area it doesnt surprise me too much. ive seen tons of rare and expensive cars around there. there are a lot of expensive shops so the rich flock to it.

A little note on the diesel and exhaust... Oettinger makes kits for cars like the A3. The engine gets a new chip, which is an easy way for diesel engines to gain more power. As for the sound, Oettinger also provides new exhausts (with their name engraved, very fine). Nice way to tune your tractor. LOL
