As you can notice I live in Greece.
Here a good income is about 1500€ and an S2000 costs about 55000€!
As you realize is nearly impossible to buy such a car.
And this income corresponds to a salary of an electrical engineer in a good company! Moreover the maximum possible and honestly earned salary is about 2000€.
In this forum I have even seen videos in a Ferrari Enzo!!!
No matter the ambitions a person has in Greece and no matter how much he/she works there isn't much of a possibility of buying a car that costs more than 30000€.
I believe that it would be an interesting conversation if we wrote the kind of money someone can earn in your country and the reasonable amount of money that someone could afford to pay for a good car.
For instance the very basic salary in Japan is 3000€ and an s2000 2004 in USA costs about 33000€!

Well, sadly the world isn't fair.. here in Switzerland a doctor for instance can gain easily 10'000 Euro / month.. and what about our banks? it's not rare to read about directors with an annual income around 500'000 Euro...
The minimum legal income for a 100% job is 2000 Euro.

here for an engineer with a degree with 5 yrs in the industry, should get at least AUD 100k-150k. Managerial positions 120k-200k. this is all in engineering.assuming your in a good company you get a company car with all expenses paid.

but really its not a lot. a honda s2000 is 75k brand spanking new. median house pricing is 500k. and then living cost is pretty high. i think sydney was rated top5 across the globe

Well...i'm a Pilot, not in an airline yet, I fly Air taxi, give flight instruction and fly the feeder route for Fedex about 3 nights a week from Montevideo to Buenos Aires, oh and the other 2 or three days of the week I fly the company's regional airline, all in all, i'm lucky to make 600 dollars a month...and that's a good salary, an entry level job at Mc Donalds would get you here about...80-100 dollars a month...

Humm. well, in London, a good starting salery is about 20-25k. If you are a graduate, you can hit 30k to start with. That is only London though. Up norht 15-20k is a good starting point. This reflects the cost of living.

Just to make you all sick, the top partners in my firm are taking around £650,000 per year

Well I live in Los Angeles so the income can range from shitloads to practically nothing. I think the average is around 30K USD. Living expenses range quite a bit depending on what part of town you want to live in.

Most people in Australia can't adfored a car that cost over 130 grand anyway...Unless your rich as...Even then,Most people in Australia work as casual..So its highly unlikely.....
