...in the making.
This is what happens when you spend as much time as my little 6 year old does being co-pilot in a Z06...
When you get lost in a game with your Playmobils... it involves drag racing Z06's and Cobra-R's and fixing a Viper on a 4-post lift. (And don't think she doesn't know one from the other...)
(This may seem like sacrilege to other die cast collectors out there - but at least they are being carefully enjoyed - and afterwards they get packed away in the plexiglass showcase :))

damn i wish i had toys that cool when i was 6. as an auto enthusiast it now seems as though GI Joe's were a waste of my childhood

wow--- i never thought to use the old playmobils in the die cast cars!!! that truly is a beautiful thing to get that love of cars early on! Geekdiggy is right about the street racing playmobils in thier vettes.... mabey even better, send it to Jones Soda... i see some profiteering of that one lol

Next month we are getting this 1969 COPO ZL1 Camaro for her - She picked that one out for herself too :)

My Cobra R is a Maisto model... pcik em up on EBay for $20.00 or less all day long.
Currently her car is the yellow Z06 - soon be accompanied by a 69 COPO Camaro... ;)

btw be careful cuz like, whenever you raise a kid on something they could potentially grow up to hate it. like my dad grew up on eggs and rice for dinner and now he hates eating eggs.

lol, I dont know about the growing out of cars thing... Maybe she will grow out of American cars and go to European or something, but like food, when You loose taste in one, you will always find another to satisfy your hunger, but I still doubt she'll change loyalty. I started off at a very early age also, but your daughter is lucky in that she has the support of her father, I only had hotwheels when I was a kid. lol, but it is quite impressive that she chose a COPO Camaro, especially when I see Yenko and Baldwin Motion Camaro models all over the place... I would've guessed that she'd chose a flashy "better looking" model, but I guess she really likes her sleepers. lol

That is awesome. I just wish I had cool toys like that to play with when I was a kid.
i had a little BMW M5 toy when i was young, i loved that fucking thing, my dad had a BMW 525i at the time, and i loved that car. Now im 17 and i still love beemers, i also had a Trans Am (79) and alot of mustangs, and a few Police Cruisers, and some vettes.
