What Bit torrent sites do you use?

I've tried using torrents a couple of times but they're just too slow. The only site I've visited is suprnova. I've been trying to get a hold of Gran Turismo 4 Prolouge Edition but no dice.

Thanks. I tried to open up my ports a couple of weeks ago and it only helped my upload speeds. I'll try it again after I read through the faq. :D
