I'm with gis on this one. Very nice dials indeed. Don't forget to have a well-placed microphone (like you usually do), so we can also hear the beast.

LOL! You guys should see our petrol prices! I did some calculations based on the prices of the Dutch market leader Shell.

95 Unleaded
1 US gallon: US$ 6.05
1 UK gallon: GBP 3.81

98 Super plus
1 US gallon: US$ 6.30
1 UK gallon: GBP 3.97

Yes, we are being ripped off by our government...

See - that was all wheel-spin and throttle pedaling.. ;) No need to slip the clutch - I transfer the wear from the clutch to the tyres...

Lemme see.. 42,000 miles... and 3, 4, 5, 6 - yep 7th set of rear tyres there mate... ;)

LOL, thats quite a bit of rubber smoke in our atmosphere then, thanks to you!! There is still a bit of clutch slip flat shifting from 2nd to 3rd is there not?

Nope - I "granny shift" - with a double clutch when I up shift.. ;) I just do it really fast... :D - afterall - power can't get to the rear wheels if it doesn't get by the clutch first.. LOL

BTW - active handling actually applies brake force at what ever corner wheel is opposite the "undesired yaw point" and that's what screwed me dash to 60 up so bad... ;) - you can actually see the speed stop climbing momentarily as the car fights the brakes.. :P

..and I get my tyres "on the cheap" - since many Z06 owners ditch the stock wheels and tyres, spend $5,000 on the new wheel and tyre combo - and end up having to sell their brand new wheels and tyres to help offset the cost.

So - instead of paying $350 for each rear tyre - I will pickup a set of 4 for about $400 incl shipping.. ;)

With a lot of effort - 4 flat (the 2002 and newer can run 3.9) - everyday wheelspin and slick streets, around 5... but once you get through 2nd, it doesn't much matter - you make up the lost second, and then some... ;)

...and don't forget - we can pull 1G or more in a bend, and stop quicker than most... ;)

I would say I am pretty satisfied with my "plastic" Chevy.......
