These pictures have been taken and given to me quite some years ago by Maurice Becker, an acquaintance of my dad. I hope he doesn't mind I'm posting them here...

Beacuse someone other than me took these pictures and usually sells them, I only want to share these pictures with JW members. Don't spread them across the internet, please!

Enjoy! :D

The next two pictures were also taken by Maurice Becker at a motorshow, but I don't recall which one it was.

First, there is no Diablo 6.0 in any of the pictures. They have been taken years before it came out.

Second, this is what I found about the body of the Diablo Roadster VT (one of the black cars in the pictures)
Structure : Steel rectangular tube high strength alloy and composite carbon fiber.
Body : Alluminium alloy and hand layup composite materials with autoclave technology (cx : 0.31)

Thanks for the pics! Those Diablo Roadster VTs ready to be delivered are awesome. And it's funny too the way they take Lambos from one place to another in the last pic...
yea i was goung to say that, i guess its to minimize the crash risk by factory workers

whats up with the double calipers(or is the smaller one not a caliper at all) in the pic of the cross drilled brembo brakes?

i hadn´t see them before but i can tell you right now that those are great pictures...do you have other lproductions lines?

the 2 calipers i think are for balance the disc or something like that....remenber those cars go FAST and and when you touch the break pedal must be extremly secure

if i´m wrong please let me know

I think it's a picture of the rear disc. The small caliper is the handbrake I presume.

you're really spoiling us

If this is called spoiling, what are the efforts of other contributing members called then? LOL I was only too glad I finally had something I could share...

This time of year we''ve got a lot of carbootsales here in Groomlake.
And I found an 80 page book published in 1991 from Hans-Karl Lange called Lamborghini - alle sportwagen seit 1963 (ISBN no. 3-8118-3063-5) for which I paid next to nothing.
It contains a number of factorypictures from the 1960'ies and more interesting pictures. Will try to scan them and put them 'on-line'

Have put some of the pics (resized) online at

PM me if you want full size version(s)

I have that book as well.

Too bad the pictures are black and white, but still it's nice to look at. It must have been amazing at the factory in the sixties. A unique time for Lamborghini and the people working there.

If you ever come across this book (http://www.lambocars.com/bookshr/lambo2t.htm), BUY IT!!!! It's amazing value for money. Full of excellent pictures and writing. The interview with Bob Wallace and his quotes throughout the book are probably the greatest things I have ever read about cars! :D
