Readed an article about this and whated to know what's your comments and if you done any nasty revenge stuff. :D :D
Revenge is sweet but what drives people to wreak vengeance upon others??
Why does it feel so good??
True Story,
A woman involved in a divorce, hired a company to take her husband's beloved golden Merc up in a plane and drop it from a great height. She videotaped the whole procedure and sent it to him.
Extracts from books.
Leviticus:
"If someone injures his neighbour, what ever he has done should be done to him. Fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth."
Hamlet:
"Revenge should have no bounds."
Comments. :D :D :D

I'm not really a vengefull person...Well, I kind of am, but I've never been fucked by someone so bad to call for me plotting a major revenge.

I believe that sumtimes you are a bigger man for not resorting to revenge. Although in some cases obviously the heat of the moment could get to you, eg. if i caught the guy nicking my bike, i think adpt revenge would be for him to be in plaster up to his balls for the next year!

There are quite a few ppl who have pissed me off. Some ppl whom i wouldnt mind taking a baseball bat to their faces :)
BUt well... I;ve taken revenge yea, but mostly petty ones. Nothing as major as that lady up there ^^^.
If the opporunity arose, i'd take it. Hehe.

As long as they deserve it, and as long as no one comes out physically hurt... I get revenge!

I can't help it, it feels good. :D It's like instant justice without the complexity of courts and lawyers.
But are you sure this is in Leviticus:
"If someone injures his neighbour, what ever he has done should be done to him. Fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth." ?

Revenge is fine, but a man's car must be off limits. Write something on his forehead while he's sleeping, or hide dead fish in his house, but leave the car alone.

Seen this question on a magazine.
Not sure about the neighbour bit but very much sure for the "Fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth".

Just read "The Count of Monte Cristo" from Alexandre Dumas and you will have a good example of revenge
I love this book :D

Revenge doesn't lead to antything construcive... and the "pleasure" or whatever feeling you experience (well must be somewhat nice) won't last... its just a moment... not worth it...

Romans 12:17-21
"17 Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for
good things in the sight of all men.
18 If it is possible, as much as depends on you,
live peaceably with all men.
19 Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather
give place to wrath; for it is written, 'Vengeance is
mine, I will repay,' says the Lord
20 Therefore
'If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
If he is thirsty, give him drink;
For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on
his head.'(Hehehe, now we're talking )
21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil
with good."
I don't beleive I could have said it any better. Thanks
,Apostle Paul. :D

I don't think it is that easy.
I reed and article on a science magazine and revenge happens everyday and everyone already did it is one way or another.
Revenge doesn't mean u have to kill someone. If you go to a bar and you are rude the Barman will get his one back without you probably knowing.
The reason for it to be so sweet IMO is pride.
If someone did something that has affected your pride you'll get back at him so you can get even and you pride is restored
