unfortunately i can´t make use of my personal private invitation to that event due to private issues, but i thought it´d be cool if someone else could go there, taking some nice pics and vids, and tell me....how often do you get such a chance again, a ride in a Enzo :shock:

The Pro 1 can take quite good vids in 640x480 res, but they would eat away the memory cards :|

And I only have a 256 and a 64 MB card.. shooting the pics in 3264x2248 I could do some 150 pics, in 2272x1704 some 270 and in 1600x1200 res 500... (all of wich in high-res, not super high-res)..

I think that could be enough, but sadly as said... no vids possible :(

I think it doesn't matter the cars there are around you in a common day. This is a completely special ocasion because TT will get the opportunity of sitting in many select cars and be a co-driver, listen the inredible sound from inside the car...even Jabba, or st-anger who have driven usually great cars would enjoy this occasion.

UPDATE - ok it's confirmed.. the VIP pass is personal and absolutely impossible for somebody else beside st-anger to use it. That's sad, but st-anger's offer still remains priceless and I really appreciate that, dude :D

To have a passenger ride in the Enzo will be possible anyway, BUT, as a non-VIP I'd have to pay.. and it aint' cheap.. not at all: 350 Euro!! I know very well that it's a goddam Enzo, but I spent lot of money lately (The new Pro 1, the Ibiza accident, the broken TV...).. I really can't afford to pay that much.. even for an Enzo.. maybe for a Miura or F50 I would :P to bad.. at least I will see it moving since others will pay I hope!
Good news are that there will be less exclusive cars.. with the Testarossa quoted at 40 euro and Modena and Gallardo at 80.. so for sure I will have a couple of rides in some other fine machinery and will take pics of course and maybe a couple of short vids with the digi-camera ;)

Sadly no, there are no vid cam rentals here in Lausanne, the closest one is in Geneva, 60 km from here and to rent the camera (not even a DV one) would cost some 200 or more Swiss Francs since I would have to take it Saturday and take it back monday.. plus the time and petrol needed to cover another 120 km.. really not practical...
If I knew about this event soon I could have lured my mother into giving me their Sony DV cam, but my mom lives 400 km from me and the last time I was there was Christmas so I would have needed to know back in 2003 :roll:
and of course she was not to keep to ship it to me the last times I asked her ;)
And again, strangely enough, all my friends have digi-cameras but not a single one is interested in vids :(
