Well the joke is about a little problem that our countries had from like 130 years , and now the problem is getting bigger , dont know if its so so huge like the press publishes it , ive talked with many ppl from Bolivia and they dont care a lot , but most of the ppl in there really hate Chileans , i remember seeing a commercial in TV about a Bolivian Telephone company that offered rebates to call to every country in the world , exept Afghanistan and .... Chile

I live in Santa Cruz, montero is a town that is like 20 mins away from me. The thing with Chile is that they "stole" our route to the ocean. From what I see and what I tolld my spanish history teacher (and got kicked out for class for it) was that prolly these Bolivians were all drunk when they lost the ocean to Chile lol. I dont care or hate Chileans, the only thing is that having a route to a coast should bring prices down on thins imported (that way they can arive by boat). Been living that way for 21 years and dont think anything will change so why bother haha. Oh yeah, another bad thing... wouldnt be able to see PATo's sis in bathing suit and with oceanic sand water if she came over to my country lol.

LOL , yes it seems that the nicest person lives in Sta Cruz i met some of them who study here in Chile , and they have no problem with us anyway , girls are also hot , which is not the general for the rest of the country , ive been told that is completely different from the rest of Bolivia , like another country , the rich city .

very nice drawing Erez... ive done more then a fair share of scribbles... some turn out great, others dont.

for some reason, the left side of my pictures are great, but the right sides arent... and i can tell primarily from the reverse side of the paper. kinda wierd. but i am right handed when i go back home, ill scan a few in
