I hope this is not a repost.
I remember him getting this car when he joined Ferrari. I love the colour and this one is even more special than other F355's because of its previous owner.

Thanks for fixing.
As for the car it really looks stunning, and by looking at the mileage, he didn't seem to like it (j/k). But the price sucks, I only see a hardcore fan buying this.

besides the fact is mikes car, its one of a kind 400 hp engine is something to be happy about. this car is probably one of the best and most collectible 355s on the planet. nice find stradale!
F355 in blue.. one of the best color combo! If the leather inside would have been beige/tobacco, I could have placed an offer :P

^LOL, you wish, mate! Got a spare 85.000 euros in your pocket, eh? :D
EDIT: thanks for shrinking the link, TT. It was probably the longest I ever saw...
Nope :D that's why I'm happy it has the "wrong" color inside ;)

From what I know, Ferrari engines like being pushed. In fact, if they are not given a beasting every so often it can do more harm than good. They are all designed to work at a high RPM. However, a certain driver may have taken advantage of a free Ferrari lol
Now, even more important! Where are these pics? They are not coming up when I open the page. I get all the info and no pics. I even looked for it on the UK site so I could understand it!
Also, £60,000 is not too bad a price. After a few years (I mean quite a few) that car will be worth more than that.

Maybe you could try going to http://www.classicdriver.com, clicking the Union Jack, then 'cars for sale', select Ferrari, F355 and it's at the bottom of the first page of results. It's the blue one.

If you knew what he had in his garage
Except for that, I don't think F1 drivers care much about cars, after experiencing
F1 cars
And he probably wants to spend time with his family instead of driving
nice cars.

yeah, why should he sell it? why would someone sell a present made to him by his employer? not very nice.. is it possible that this is not schumi's car?
tanelvali
04-10-2004, 03:01 PM
also, if it truly is schumis car then why the yhell is it so cheap? i could buy it and sell it to some of his rich fans for like 2-3 times more money. or to sultan of brunei, for like 1 M $ US

I dont think this is his car. No reason for him to sell it.

It is his car. I saw him drive it on TV when he had just joined Ferrari. It was this F355 GTS. Why he sold it I don't know.

Maybe he made a gift to someone and they sold it???
The guy got more money then we can imagine and him selling this car for 80 000 doesnt make sense to me at all.

He might not even be the seller. Maybe he sold it earlier and now a later owner is offering it for sale.
Makes no sense as to why he would sell it.... even if you are like Leno and have 1,000's of acrs - you would still appreciate the heritage and history and maybe have it on display - but not sell it.
Perhaps if true, this just shows how out of touch with his fans Schumi is... *shrug*
ahh, Thank you!
Just wondering why he needs to sell it, he has load of money????

Holly shit , 86000 euros is not THAT much , i would buy it inmediatly , maybe MS is having finance troubles , and since this season is being pretty difficult for him ..... LOL

yes seems to be the most logical thing
i recall someone saying MS doesen't even own or want an enzo..
as for spending more time with his family.. thats a stupid reason for saying he is going to sell his car.
