yes - seems like the throttle stuck open and the clutch let go at the same time.. and then as the bike lay on it's side, rotating, the gear lever kept getting pushed to the next higher gear...

Mechanical failure more than bad rider probably...

Guess that model doesn't come with a bank-angle sensor to cut power when it falls over.. *shrug*

Unless the "other bike" is the shifting sound we hear - in which case - he/she is a dumbass.. ;)
