I can't seem to download anything off of the download links section, are most of the links just down?? I wanted to get the down goodwood festival of speed just curious If it's the link? :D

Welcome Gonzo.. it's written more than once around the site: the vids are up for 24 hours or so.. so you'll be able to find still up only the last one, max two in the d/load section, not more...
