View Full Version : Ferrari sightings today!
Today finally the sun was really back with a nice Spring day.. so obviously everybody was out to do some walking on the shores of the lake and many car owners had to take out their nice cars :D
I just drove around a little and then parked near the lake and took pics for some 60 minutes, maybe less..
And here are the highlights.. Ferraris :D also got E55 AMG, ML55, SL55, SL500, M3 and more (you can see them in the gallery and in my signature in the next months) ;)

Some people are lucky where they live for cars for instance myself i live (when i'm not at uni) about 5 mins from the village of pimperne which used to have a ferrari dealership. So quite a few sightings myself but unfortunatley no pics :(

When i visit Miami in Florida there are a lot of cars like that there. There is a dealership called The Collection and another one called Prestige Imports. I always see things like 911 turbos and 360 modenas. I feel like moving there. Nice pics TT.

The first 3 cars are all in the same place too! How friggin lucky is that!
Yes yes the first 3 where shooted while I was parked on the lake :D sadly all of them were pretty fast and I was unable to shoot while they were beside me, but only when they were pretty far away.

AWSOME pix TT...do you live in Lausanne? I went there on vacation with my family in 1996, its nice. Yeah, in NYC we don't see nice cars like that! only black drab S-classes.
Yes I live "almost" in Lausanne. I'm in Renens, and the borderline with Lausanne is 150 meters from here LOL :D SO yes, basically it's Lausanne :D
In 1996 it was a trip to Switzerland? Or just to Lausanne?
Wow! More than 5 in an hour. I see a Ferrari once a month if i am lucky - although i saw about 25 in one day at a race track, and at the NEC motor show.
You must live in a very rich area TT.
Hey we also have a big load of Pandas, Fiat Puntos and such around ;)
Today I also shot a crappy light blue and rusty Lancia Fulvia ;) but the pic was blurry.

the pics didn´t stayed so well... :?
Not sure what do you mean, but try to shoot a car moving at 60 km/h and some 60-70 meters away from you.

You guys are lucky. But doesn't it get not so special anymore when you just go out and see ferraris every day? Here in estonia I have seen ferrari modena TWICE, and F355 TWICE during my whole lifetime. And If i should see one again the hart starts to pump and bloodpressure rises... lucky when you won'tget killed in the traffic when rushing to see the car... Now that is EXOTIC!!! :) When all my neighbousr would have astons, ferraris, zondas... it just would not be the same anymore.
No, I could watch Ferraris every second! It's always special IMO!

What do you study and what is your main subject? barchelor, master's degree? or even doctorate?
As for the first part of the question, I study law. For the second, no idea at the moment.. I'm not really sure about anything right now...

id love to see that... did u see them all in a row kinda thing? where were they goin?
If you were asking to me, well, they were just cruising around, not in a row of course. They were spread over an hour. No there was no Ferrari meeting, no track day, nothing. They were just going to the lake for a drink I suppose.

Agreed! And some are even more special, like this rare Ferrari 330 P4, which I snapped recently at Killarney race track in Cape Town.
I especially like the curves
