Don't know his name, he lives in Massachusettes (spelled wrong I know) I think. I've seen some Turner Motorsports (BMW tuner and F1 shop) videos of him. I believe he also owns a black F1.

The shop belongs to Will Turner, owner of Turner motorsports who races in the SPEED TC Championship. There was a discussion about these cars on on the SCCA message boards and Will chimed in and told us that these cars belong to one of his customers who displays them at his shop.
