Kylie's sister Dannii has been reviled that Kylie is set to marry French actor Olivier Martinez following a a Leap Year proposal.
The News of the World report claims Dannii revealed the news to friends over drinks.
Dannii is reported as saying: "Kylie has told her friends in the US and our family at home but that's it. This is the happiest I've seen her - they really suit each other."
The couple, who have been together for just over a year, will marry in a hotspot like Barbados or Sydney.
In February Kylie (35), said she was thinking about having children. and has revealed that she plans to take things a little easier and take time out of promotional work to be with Martinez when he is filming.
the beaver is quite sad.... i think i will have to go back to watching my 5000 kylie minouge concert video's!
