McLaren...short wheel base?

Maybe I'm just having hallucinations from all the coffe cause I have to stay up till 3am to see the qual but does McLaren have a shorter wheel base then the rest of the field? I noticed that the car is kinda short.

Anyone wanna explain what is going on?

it's probably an optical illusion caused by a combination of the car's shape and the car's livery. if i'm not mistaken, every car's wheelbase falls under the strict regulations of the sport

However, I must agree with you that the length of the wheelbase must fall under strict regulations. I don't think they all have to have the same length.

The length from the back of the rear wheel well, to the end of the bumper does seem short. Besides that, the wheelbase seems about average.

the size of the car is the same, more or less with other cars.....so don't worry...they are not shorter

in my opinion,last year design is the best
