Their are few games out their including a car game which got graphic style same as the pix.. Not sure what is it called someone might answer that for you.. I am to lazy to look :D .

Those chopped cars are amazing, I already saw them, but it's not the same thing :) it's just some supergood Photoshopping while the ones in the first post, at least the first two, should be 3d modeling stuff or something like that ;)
