for u guys to know that was from a tv show name "El Gordo y La Flaca" which translates to the fat guy and the skinny women that plays on spanish tv in the US. the show its basically about the gossip shit of the movie/singers/etc stars. and the show always ends up with a model in the spa. and the fat guy is one of the most hated paparatzi with in the spanish speaking movie/singers/etc stars. and yes he has some fucking HOT models on the shows at the end
