problems with index page

I've encountered some problems with the index page http://jabbasworld.com/forums/ the last couple of days. Either it wouldn't load as fast as usual, or it loaded only halfway. The other pages did load ok.

yes I was frozen out as well....for around 1 hour...I think my ISP is having some server problems....
