Just a question? I have a roommate(really good friend) that lives with us, The reason we moved out was because of him cause our old landlord saw that he was staying with us, so he said he was going to raise the rent(not that cause he was living there) but he had asked if he was(but he knew he lived right down stairs) And we asked neighbours and they said there rent was not going up (and the landlord said everybody's rent was going up) anyway we helped him out , so now he is still with us and he pay's only rent and when his guest's come over ( no problem) he does not clean up after them, all the time, We pay rent also and water, gas , eletric, he helps take out trash but, he is kinda of a LOP, certain thing's like cleaning after his guest's , he helps clean the living room SOMEtime's but we have a little puppy My Bro(roomate-brother) he get's all bitchy when he has too watch him , and late at night ...... he say's why should I have too turn off the Fish Tank Light off!! It is a normal rule when we go too sleep too turn everything off before you crash, he get's Butt hurt and complain's I mean Fuck He just can't do these little thing's we got kicked out cause of helping him then he complains about fish light's and lil coool puppy and only paying RENT not utiltly's and food(he eat's Here) and we are all paying more Now since the move. He act's like If he did Pay everything He is a Coool But weird motherfucker What do You think About this GUY??????????

He sometime's does not respect what we did for him, when we let him stay with us he said he would save(since he had no bills ) 2 months later he should have had money to fix his car (NO) he didn't have anything almost the same situation again!!!!!!! FUCK! It is pissing me off, HELP!!!!

Hey man, I'm sorry to hear that you are having such a tough time with your roommate. I wish I knew exactly what to tell you to do with your situation however I don't think thats possible. So perhaps I can just give some general advice. For instance, you could try to sit him down for a serious talk to explain exactly how you are feeling about whats going on and the problems that are occurring as a result of his actions. Secondly, you should explain that if he cannot met the expectations that you set initially from this point on he will no longer have a place to live.
