you find somewhere that does free pic hosting and allows hotlinking, and upload it there, then put the link to it in the signature option in your profile with the [img] tags around it

if TT see's that he'll prolly remove the image.. no sigs hosted in the JW gallery AFAIK, so you need to find somewhere else to host it, try searching for free picture hosting and you should find plenty of places ;)
