Every now and then I try to go back and ejoy the forums at RF, but sadly never managed lately to really stay around more than 5 minutes... of course i'm still a paying member and I leech (not really the right term since I pay ;)) the vids from the main page, but the forums, maybe because I spend so much time here are not really my stuff..

Regarding the forums, yes I admit they are very slow, but we've already setup a new dedicated SQL Server and will be upgrading the forums to use this new server very soon. The site is also getting a new look within the next 1-2 weeks.

My experience has been that O-Ace is a straight shooter. However, I gotta question his choice of co-leadership. The moderators there just don't cut it, they are very close minded power whores.

I think TT is very open minded, treats everyone the same, lets everyone say what they want to say and only takes action when things cross the outer boundaries. Before that happens he always tries to keep the peace and sort things out. Only if that fails he intervenes. Also he's putting a lot of effort into this community. I can't imagine someone spending more time here than TT. Add to that the videos and magazine scans. We all know he barely sleeps. :wink:
