Keep in mind the inspiration for this car was a Corolla from the 80s. The fast looks give it a ricey taste, but you can't deny the facts. Well balanced, light weight (Not terrible for a new car) good enough power, and limited slip differential are things I could easily get behind.

I think the Suburu is probably the best iteration and will likely be the most expensive. I can see it being my first "new" car while I keep the E30 as my city rally car beater.

new car? Hmm... not sure if I'm even interested in such a thing. I guess I get to drive company cars that are "new" periodically. A friend's Audio V8 finally gave up the ghost (and isn't worth putting $ into anymore) after 20 years of ownership. He doesn't want anything new either. He's thinking of an 87 BMW 5 series at the moment. I love my 4-matic 1998 Benze for daily duty.

If I can afford it, I'll get a new car. As much as I love driving my E30 and 944 S2, they're still over 20 years old. I've also dumped a lot of work and money into the 944 over 3 years of ownership.

I feel the advancements over the past couple of decades in every new car I drive, even if its a econobox rental. I'm really looking for something efficiently powerful with a comfortable sport suspension.. and of course RWD.
