where to find help? i cant see the videos thumbnails, let alone the video itself

Well... at one time the site was very busy with 100's of posts per day; and subscribers could view the videos. The videos are still there, but I'm not so certain about the subscription deal. Let me know if your interested, and I'll make sure to get it set up properly for you.
