It's ok. posting rate is nothing what JW used to be, and really it's only the old names posting anyway. There's not a whole lot that fuels posting either (ie no flame wars). Dunno how it's been over here since I have no idea when i last logged in.

Yes, sadly as time goes on, the amount of time I spend hammering my fingers on my keyboard has dropped. On the big message boards out there, there is continuous 'new blood' to keep things interesting. Without that large appeal of content, what we have here is considerably lower response/topic rates.

I do wonder how the 'dark side' managed to never grow despite having it's own user-based content for years. Spammers excluded, we've continued to grow (in terms of real users sign up at least).

TAU gets 2-3 newbies a week it seems. But like the old days, they stay quiet. I seem to remember JW at it's peak attracting at least 5/day it seemed. I don't see a 3 hour quest to get a specific lurker to make their first post happening anytime soon sadly.

TT is still posting away pics and the car sighting's board is still active. But I do think that time and age has pulled many of us away from forums and into real life. I know that was my reason for dropping off the radar for so long.

When I started posting over there again, I picked up like I had never left. Hijacked a couple of threads with my return, alone :laugh:

I would love to know what all those liberal leftwing Bush-bashing America-hatng obama-loving cocksuckers have to say about things now???

2 years later and now what? All those "oooh evil Bush" and "obama is the future" bleeding heart whining euros are astonishingly silent I bet... ;) :lol:

BTW, I wasnt talking about the political forum (that has been dead for over 3 years), I was talking about the people ;)

I guess the .Gov taking over GM and Chrysler must have not made the talking points either?

We are stuck with killer Toyotas, bland Mazda and fast Fords among other things.

Like everyone else, I'm at fault for the lack of activity these days. I still attend plenty of events, but rarely have the ambition/time to follow up by posting pics and a write-up. I just checked out the Barett-Jackson auction this weekend and the Formula SAE West competition last weekend. I doubt I'll get around to posting either of them. Ich habe keine Zeit.

yeah I unfortunately dont have much time for the forums anymore either I check in every once in a while. Life is getting hectic for sure. I miss the glory days on here for sure! I tend to stick to a mazda forum and thats it these days.
