The styling on the 599 may be better, but the car underneath the skin makes the 599 weep.
Sadly, there is nowhere to 'hide' torque in a NA motor like a FI engine.

Yeah I just like the fact that the 599 is a way better front engine RWD car, and something that I cant ignore is that is a Ferrari, plus almost half a million for a Toyota ? nah! I like the LF-A I like the sound, the overall design is too busy IMO but the competition is too good.

I'll go with the LFA a true sports car bad to the bone. It's an omolagted version of the competition version (GTO...).
As for the 599 GTO I don't like because it is not a real GTO. It's a marketing car just a rougher and slightly lighter (c'mon 1.6 ton...) version of the GTB.

This car is as ugly as sin, not particularly fast (remember, a PDK 997.2 tt does 3.2s 0-60, all day long), and those shifts are worse than with BMW's very first automated manual trans. 'SMG I'. If anyone has driven one of those ealry M3s, you'll know what I mean.
All these issues are completely unacceptable from the world's largest car company's first halo car. WTF .
Anyone who doesn't see these difficiencies must own a Toyota, or something...

It's not a Toyota, it's a Lexus ;)
And driving a 599 is not looking for attention? Hum...

I don't think this car is ugly as sin. It's not as striking as the 458; but the 599 isn't exactly a great design either.
The LFA's chassis is basically a front engined version of the CGT. I don't see how anybody can fault the technology involved... which is nearly an Aston more rigid than an F50's tub is.
The gearbox, and engine may be a bit slow to decel, but I admit, this is the first Toyota I actually like.

Make no mistake, Toyota is Lexus.
Lexus are sold as Toyotas in many markets.

I wonder how much "Toyota" or "Lexus" it is.
With globalization, outsourcing, pool purchasing, strategic alliances and the like, it's sooo common to find italian ignition, french tires, american suspension, south american leather, british engine developement and japanese construction, just to name a few.
