It hasn't got as much power as you would expect from a car that looks like that. I'd think that the least that you could give a car like that would be ~400 hp, but this has only 240 hp. A bit surprising.

Nope...it's a Russian manufacturer...it's from a company called, "Marussia". The dark blue one is the B2 and the B1 is the multicolor one, and I believe that it's a hybrid as well...theoretically a 3.5L V6 and an electric powertrain along with that.
