Porsche driver was arrested for murder and bail was set at 1 million. Not sure how he had his foot on the gas of the Ferrari, That is unclear.

He got arrested for manslaughter, not murder, which makes much more sense. Not a bad call, considering he probably sped away to avoid the police questioning him about the incident and discovering his intoxicatedness.
