Nice scan.. always lookin good bmw news..

i think the 1 and 2 series look a lot nicer than the new 3 series design..
its a damn shame cause i've loved all 3 series bmw's not to mention their new designs (new 7, 5, 6 and z4)

As far as I know, Bangley worked for Fiat in the past. Fiat Coupé was one of his creations. This BMW boxy body (specially the side panels) remind me of the Fiat Stilo, don't you think? :?:

The Coupé Fiat is a Pininfarina design. Don't know if Bangle worked there.

I must say all of those new BMW models look absolutely stunning. I know I'm probably one of the few here, but I can't find anything wrong with those designs.

I read that Bangle was somehow involved in the design of Coupé Fiat. This is what I found from a Z4 test:
The diagonal slash that runs from behind the front wheel opening up to the base of the A-pillar is somewhat reminiscent of similar lines that appeared on the Fiat Coupe and Alfa Romeo GTV when Bangle was chief stylist for Fiat, some ten years ago.

I remmeber when BMW was status car. But it seems like they are moving their market even lower in the price range under $30,000. $15,000 for a 1 series?

Hmm a Honda Civic Si or a BMW 1 series. Somehow I think we will be seeing a lot more BMWs on the road now..... :?:

The 2 series looks promising to compete with smaller cars like the TSX and Jettas. I want to see how these things perform! But BMW seems to be throwing a lot of models out for no real reason.... Whats wrong with the current lineup now?

Yesh... the one series is kinda expensive. I'm not a fan of the 1 and 2s, but the M4 CSL I can't wait to see.

BMW's making me mad!!! German cars are losing prestige and my respect as they become cheap!!! (except for Audi...A2 was just a mistake)
