If Im not mistaken theres a guy in NYC that rents an entire floor of just such a parking facility for his cars. It would not suprise me in the least that someone else did the same thing.

Well, it is highly likely that one person may own a significant proportion of all those cars, but to say one person owns it all is somewhat far-fetched. I mean, there is a fair bit of repetition going on. People don't usually buy four identical luxury vans, for instance.
