I don’t mean this to be bragging or anything like that at all but I went on an interview today and just found out I got the job! So I thought I would post a celebratory post. It’s for a great company doing level 2 XP/2k support. And it pays very well, the best pay I have had since I left Boston. Anyway I am thrilled and relieved and just thought I would share that with you guys. I start Monday.

Congrats!

My first "real" job was in a call center for Lexmark printers.
Ugh! My supervisor was cool, but the work got way too repetitive. And customer are really really stupid.
I would take at least one call every day where a person was complaining that their printer was shooting out blank copies. The reason, they left the little tape on the bottom of the cartridge.

Sometime when I would spell things for them to type in dos. I would say L for larry, B for boy, K for Canada....and get no reaction at all!

Thanks,
I have actually started two companies so far in my life. To be successful on your own like that is a lot harder than most people realize. Anyway back to working for the man again

Congratulations on your job! Your new boss doesn't muck about, does he? Telling you you've got the job on the same day you had the interview.

I hope I will get a job that fast.
