What can I say, looks like I am the heavyweight bruiser of the forum.
Height 6ft = 120cm
Weight - 19stone = 266lbs = 120.7kg

The best bit about it is that I am a big guy with broad shoulders, 52 inch chest and 17" Biceps etc but I have a little bit of a belly, no washboard abs, I like my food too much. The main advantage of having a big frame is Power, plus people are less likely to start a fight with me :twisted: although I am a pussy cat really :wink:

The only thing that does my head in is that I have to loose weight everytime I go to a drag strip, just to get better quarter mile times.

For those that want to convert their weights etc between metric and stuff.

1 inch = 2.5cm
1lb = 454g

furthermore, teh canadian cold would mean you'd get no traction anywhere you went...

Thats a fair old bench, im tryin to build up, on 10 reps at 60 kg every other day at the moment, but rarely have nyone to spot me, so dont usually go higher. Is that free bench bar, or a machine?

jpatino03
02-18-2004, 06:27 PM
It's a free bench bar (olympic). The max is only one rep though. If you really wanna go up quickly, you have to get a spotter and push yourself to weights that would be dangerous without one. Right now I do one set of 12-15 reps at 135 (pounds, sorry :? ) to warm up, then the 255 rep, then one set of 6 reps at 205, then one set of 8 reps at 185.

coombsie66
02-18-2004, 06:46 PM

Im 6'0, 200lbs and decently built. have a bit of a gut, which is where most of the dead weight is, i guess, but im not cut. max bench is around 185 last i tried to max out. max squat on the other hand...i dunno. ive been up to 300+ and still had some juice left in me. can do sets of 10-15 at 300+ but generally run out of steam and cant go higher for a 1 rep max.
