I need help with never winter nights

i recently downloaded never winter nights and i cant get it to work. first i installed it and then cracked it but it doesn't work. i was wondering if there was something that i had to do to get it to work. i also want to know if you know any other good rpgs for the pc.

ben, i recently picked that game up at best buy for 20 bucks, u can get it cheap if u look for it, so buy it if u cant get this to work its a sweeeet game
