Maybe the ride height of the Land Rover was dropped a couple of feet and it's riding on it's bushings :-)

Bah! That's only a Freelander. :P

According to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freelander), the Freelander is 5' 8 1/2", around Tom Cruise's height. That photo is obviously at an angle, and Sharapova is wearing monstrous heels, as Sharapova isn't that much taller than that Land Rover.
