I think that the outter part was supposed to come off (part of the show), but the inner liner part was supposed to stick to her. That tape that was over her nipple wasn't there to prevent people from seeing it. It was there to hold that inner liner on. When the whole thing accidently came off, I think she just got lucky that the tape stuck and gave her a little coverage in what was an already embarrasing moment.

That was fuckin' great though!!!

The funny part is, after the redsox beat the A's, we all went to Fenway (the redsox stadium, it was an away game) to celebrate, when the Patriots won...
