"Top Gear" vid, need confirmation

I am trying to download a Top Gear vid from overnet called "Best of Porsche" is this actually a top gear special, or some stupid rip-off that was badly recorded off a VHS tape?

Meh, then TT can delete it. The carbon fiber thread was a request for help for a school project, so pointless it is not. And the thread about the vid was to make sure I wasn't keeping my computer on for 2 days straight to download a porn vid that was dubbed as a top gear video. I should have combined the two top gear threads, but I post as I go. Sorry TT.
