SL converted to SLR

Look at www.lotec-gmbh.de how they have converted a SL to SLR. Do you think it looks good?

Well, beside the hood I doubt they could fool somebody ;) and the 6 exhaust tips are damn ugly, brrr :-S don't know, but I'd prefer a stock SL55

That lotec is actually just a pumped up SL with the mod in the hood ...

hmmm it doesnt look too bad IMO, but i really dont think any1 who knows the SLR would believe this car is 1.
Look under Prototypes, Lotec Sirius. Its damn powerful and fast, but it's never been produced so far. It will be on request.
I've seen it for real on the AutoRAI in Amsterdam last year.
Its not really a beauty(OK really not) but it does look special.

Well I have to say they did a good job with the hood treatment. The lights could have been made to look more like the SLR's. What's with the six pack exhaust? Not only does it look stupid but everyone knows the SLR has side-exit exhaust hence those ugly gills which thank god loec didn't emulate. The could've shortened up the exhaust and filled in the holes. The lack of the spoiler/airbrake is a dead give away. They could've atleast changed the v8 kompressor badge to the McLaren one........
