Eh, I dunno. Tanner is in no way funny, and I seriously doubt that adding more personalities will add to the program.

That being said I believe that this was one of the better episodes.

Who cares if he's not funny - the "humour" of TG gets old sometimes - I just want to see interesting cars, I dont need to see camels racing tea bags in a wash machine every time.

At least they are trying and it is not a boring show by any means.

I swear, TG humor for the US show would never work. I have an English (ex-pat?) professor whose humor is so scathing and sarcastic that if he weren't English, he'd just sound like an ass. But he's English, so he's really funny. :-P US Top Gear would be exactly like that if it were to just copy.

A good car show doesn't have to be funny. It just can't be boring. Cough, Motorweek. That made Auto Motor und Sport seem so lively in comparison, and that's a German show. ;-)

And consider I was raised on British humour and am actually considered to be scathing, dry and sarcasticly humourous in real life ;)

There is a time and a place for it, and sometimes I want my humour in a Monty Python Flying Circus skit, and my car reviews to be interesting :)

But that's just me.

Maybe I should just go ahead and try put together my own show :P hehe
