3gp converters?

where can i get a basic 3gp converter downloadable free online? the only ones i've been able to find are either really fancy ones that offer all these extra features that i dont need (and definitely don't want to pay for) or crappy ones that i definitely don't want to pay for. are there any out there that i can get for free? you would think that motorolla would include converter software with its phones but NOOOOOOOO.

thanks for the reply but i'm looking for a full version that's free (doesn't have to be anything fancy, just the basics is fine). all the full versions i've been able to find aren't free, and all the free versions i've been able to find aren't full; they only convert 50% of each video and that's pretty pointless if you ask me. so a source to a full AND free version would be great (if it exists of course).

i found a free/full dvd burning software before so i figured the same might be possible for a 3gp converter.
