I really think that this is a great engine and it is well made, but I think that they should have gone with the concept design instead of the one that went into production. What do yall think?

Uhm.. I think that concepts and road cars are never the same thing ;) a concept is always just a concept... and usually a concept is cooler than the final product.. I'd like to see every car looking as its concept... but it's not like that, we can't really argue...

yeah, concepts are not done thinking about safety or passing the laws for car production, they merely are what the designer thinks looks best. Too bad that they cant release concepts as they were designed to be.

I think the engine is decent, but a smaller displacement supercharged Koenigsegg has roughly the same torque and more hp. It makes a really nice noise though.

I only like the styling from the head on. Otherwise it looks kinda cartoony. The bonnet is just too long, I think.

I like it. But the plastic interior? WHY!?

It truly is a work of art. Fine art to say the least. One of my top favorite automobiles out there right now. And it has this badge of course...

The SLR is one of my favorite cars it looks very good though the concept had some parts that were better, like the rear part (the black strip with fog lights) the cabin is a little disappointment, they could have done much better on that department. The turbine rims are astonishing.

I think it looks immature and kind of awkward from every angle but the rear quarter view. Based on what I heard of it in the topgear video it definitely seems to have a unique sound. I'm going to speculate that it feels too big to be much fun on a road course. As a street car an AMG SL makes much more sense to me. It's about 1/3 the cost, looks better (imo), delivers approximately the same straight-line performance, and is a convertible.
