Never watched it - hell it's in our city and I will stay as far away from the circus as possible. I would only be interested if I had a commercial interest.

I am with stracing on this one - the game has no continuity - give me a weeks worth of Rugby before you give me 10 seconds of grid iron... ;)

Besides - grid iron is for pussies... look at all the pads they wear, and they stop to catch their breath every 15 seconds - and the team has 79 players - Rugby is the mans game... :D

RC45 you're damn right about rugby. rugby league is pretty good too. if you want to see sport without protection, watch aussie rules. all they have is mouth guards.

That's the kind of rugby I play. And I agree with you on this one: football is for pussies...no offence to the americans here.

Well 32- 29 for the New England Patriots
With the decisive field goal only 9 seconds before the end of the game after they had lead with with 21 - 10 during the final quarter.
Haven't seen the game and don't know much about American Football but I smell a rat here :fadein:

I understand the game broke another record aswell: 26 minutes and 55 seconds without any score.
I'm sure that the game was very entertaining to watch on the telly if you're really into this sport but as an outsider I really wonder

believe me this was the kind of game that gets people into the sport. I know some games may not seem too special to some people but htis game would make a fan out of almost anybody it was just that great. Those last few minutes were nerve recking.

i stayed up and watched the game, and the game was a really good one many great plays many sacks many mistakes that turned the game around.new england would have made it a whole different game if they didnt miss 2 field goals in the 1st half.

I'm with stracing on this one. Aussie Rules is the best of all "football" games, 4 quarters of around 30 minutes, not stop action. Its on cable in the US, check it out.
