Alright... So I would not normally post something of this nature in MW... But I havn't read a true story, with so much potential for creating the greatest puns in history!
What can you come up with? ;-)

(She went in for leg surgery, and was instead accidentally given a replacement anus...)

When it comes to a surgical mistake, this incident may take the cake: A 78-year-old German woman went into the hospital last month to have surgery on her leg. Because of a mixup, Frankenpost reports that she left the Hochfranken-Klinik in Münchberg, Germany, with an artificial anus.

The paper says some members of the surgical team have been punished in connection with the series of mistakes that led them to operate on the wrong patient.

Prosecutors are said to be looking into the incident. As for the unidentified patient, she still needs knee surgery and plans to file a lawsuit.

Ouch! Ain't that a bummer. It's so crappy to have something like this happen to you.
The doctors are bunch of assholes. Obviously there are holes in the system.
The woman must be feeling shitty right now. They really should really get to the bottom of it.
Keep them coming MW...

What's the problem anyway, new knees are like arseholes... everyone has one.. well, almost everyone - but in this case the doctors don't have a leg to stand on? Neither does she... :P
